For over 15 years, Jagged Edge has been a presence in this tiny mountain town, and we have built our reputation by helping locals and visitors alike select their outdoor apparel and equipment. Ridgway Lodge and Star Saloon
Located 3.6 miles from Ridgway State Park and 9.8 miles from the Ouray Hot Spring Pool, this low-rise, roadside lodging offers basic accommodations. Rooms are simply decorated and come with free WiFi, fridges, microwaves and TVs. Suites add 2-person jetted tubs and pull-out couches. Continental breakfast is free, and there’s an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, an exercise room, a sun deck, and a 2-story lobby with stone fireplace. Smoke-free property.

Designed in rustic adobe style, this high-end resort is 2 miles from Orvis Hot Springs and 4 miles from Ridgway State Park. All the rooms have free Wi-Fi and minifridges. Upgraded rooms offer outdoor hot tubs or in-room Jacuzzis, as well as wet bars; some include fireplaces. Condo units add kitchens. There’s a spa, an outdoor pool, a sauna and a steam room. Other amenities include a restaurant with a deck and a rooftop bar, plus a solarium.

Dakota Terraces Campground
Ridgway State Park Dakota Terrace campground has 76 campsites and 3 yurts, most of which have spectacular mountain views. All campsites here have RV electrical hookups and shared water. Dakota Terrace Campground is the only one in the Park with year-round RV camping. Each campsite also has a paved parking pad, a table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and a dump station. There’s also a laundry and comfort station.

The Orvis family started Orvis Springs Meat Processing in 1990. For nearly 30 years they have provided quality custom wild game processing. Now the third generation of the Orvis family is learning the trade. We have processed most local games including deer, elk, bear, antelope, bighorn sheep, mountain goat, and moose!
